On Friday night, Camosun toppled the CCAA’s No. 2 ranked team the Capilano University Blues with a huge upset, taking the game 91-63. Blandford posted 20 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist to help his team to victory.
On Saturday night, the Chargers had a slow start in their attack against the Quest University Kermodes but with the Blandford’s work on the boards and in the high post, Camosun was able to make a strong comeback in the final two frames to take the game 68-58.
